Shipping policy


Order Processing:

  • Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. Within 2 working days expect an email with tracking information confirming your order is on the way. 

Please note that once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its location or delivery time. For further information, we kindly recommend contacting your local postal service and providing them with the tracking number sent to you by email.

European Union:

  • We offer free shipping to all orders across the EU.
  • No import duties or taxes (except for the VAT) are to be charged for your order.  
  • Standard delivery via post usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delays may occur, which are beyond our control. For any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us or your local postal service directly.

Outside the EU:

  • Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Neeka Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returs & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@neeka.nl with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
