Shipping:
Please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. Within 2 working days expect an email with tracking information confirming your order is on the way.
EU:
- We offer free shipping to all orders to the countries within the EU.
- No import duties or taxes (except for the VAT that is included to the price) are to be charged for your order.
Outside the EU:
- Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Neeka Studios is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returs & Exchanges
EU:
- We accept free returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
Outside the EU:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@neeka.nl with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
